I learned how to use a camera and develop photos years ago in a short course at uni but I didn’t get photography. I later learned photography through watching movies, looking at paintings and reading novels that didn’t relate at all to photography.

I look for emotional undercurrents, rivers that flow beneath the surface.

I started this blog for an outlet of commentary and for photos that do or don’t appear on my Flickr page. Let’s see how it goes…

Came across your photo ‘wind-up bird’ on ffffound.com and am rather taken with it.
